Pricilla never answers her phone and is impossible to contact if you need anything. Basically, she contacts you, you don't contact her.
We had a water leakage issue that we were told about and went to get it addressed immediately. PCM sent out work orders to the relevant contractors to work on our place to get it fixed. What we weren't told, however, is that we won't be able to use our ONLY SHOWER for at least 5 days since air samples need to be taken in between them working on it. I wish that somebody explained that to us BEFORE they started.

Fraudulent practices by HOA firm. I am a resident at a property Partners Community manages. Upon moving in; I was required to pay a $250 move-in fee; and submit a $500 deposit for any damages to property upon move-in . Upon completion of move-in; the move-in manager, Jose Granera - asked if I would like my deposit check back or if they should void it. I said they could void it.

Three days later; the deposit check was cashed by Partners Community Management. After several attempts to contact them to request a refund of my deposit; I received a voicemail from Karol Ortez asking her to give her a call to "discuss" the refund.

After finally getting in Contact with Karol directly; I was told that they had the right to cash and keep my deposit. I adamantly disagreed. When I pressed her further, she stated that because I did not move-in during my scheduled timeframe, 12-5PM, that I was responsible for the extra time. My move-in lasted from 4PM-6PM.

After discussion, Karol agreed to partial refund my deposit, changing her story that they had the right to keep the entire thing. However, I requested that she refund my entire deposit. She stated that once I paid the HOA for the "added move-in time" they would be able to process my refund. I again, requested she process my refund the same day. She claimed to be unable to process that request; and suggested I contact the manager, David, who happened to not be in the office that day.

My concerns are that if I had not noticed the deposit taken out of my account, and had not follow-up multiple times; Partners Community Management would have collected $500 without cause.

My issue is that this deposit is explicitly for MOVE-IN related damages to Property @ Flower Street Lofts. Partners Community Management fraudulently and without cause cashed a deposit check, well aware there were no damages to the property @ Flower Street Lofts.
