Lindsay and her team offer excellent care and service. I’ve been seeing Lindsay for a few years and she has helped me through my mental health struggles as well as working on past trauma. I recommend her and her team to everyone. She is straightforward with her therapy style, often using visuals and applicable tools. She is thoughtful, kind, and really cares for her clients. Not all therapist are made equal, and she is one of the best. She has absolutely changed my life.

My husband and I went through couples therapy with A Balanced Life as well and they use the Gottman style which we found super beneficial. We continue to use the tools we learned to strengthen our relationship.

Dozens of NAMI families have expressed appreciation for this 5-star well-managed service. The owner, Lindsay, has excellent skill in helping hundreds in the community. She has hired quality therapists and built this business into a a service that helps all ages from children, families and individual adults. A Balanced Life has secured community grants on occasion to provide resiliency training at the high school and have also provided free parenting classes and teen support groups. The Balanced Life team also understands when it is essential to collaborate with psychiatrists. They have helped save many lives and relationships. Thank you A Balanced Life for providing SMART Recovery (free weekly science-based support group.)

Would not recommend. From day one it's been a hassle just to get the scheduling right. They don't do in person sessions but still charge if Zoom doesn't work. Horrible communication and vague blanket statement emails when asked any questions. Extremely disappointed in their office and how they have handled things.

I went here as a kid a had hoped it had changed since my bad expiernce , unfortunately it hasn’t. I definitely don’t think you should attend this spot if you’d like to be respected !
