Our experience so far has been great with All County Prop MGMT. My wife and I applied for a few houses and didn’t get a couple we wanted but ultimately got the best of the three we applied for.
They have all kinds of properties across the cities of the Coachella valley for rent and across all price / budget ranges.
We dealt with Mariela primarily for our leasing journey. She was informative and professional.
However, I will note that it seems as if they may be slightly understaffed? She seemed to possibly be the only leasing consultant in their office. It would take 3-6 hours or even a day (sometimes) to get response via email. Also a phone call or two not returned. But It’s also likely that we were anxious and impatient to get our application filled out! So it’s all good.
Next critique is that their portal is a little confusing and can be frustrating but ultimately doable.
The last minor inconvenience was the rental we got approved for did state ‘Available Now’ but is actually 3 weeks out from moving in. Which is fine with our flexible current living situation but for others who have a set move out date, this could be problematic.
We have not yet moved in and cannot state our opinion on any other aspects of their company, but so far we are pleased and hopeful for the future. Would totally recommend checking out their rentals!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with All County Desert Properties and would not recommend them to anyone looking for professional, reliable real estate services. From the start, they showed a complete lack of urgency when it came to handling my needs, yet they had a long list of requirements and expectations for me to meet. Instead of making the process smoother, they created more problems, leaving me to deal with unnecessary stress and delays.

Communication was terrible. Whenever I had questions or concerns, it took far too long to get a response—if I even got one at all. There was no sense of priority or accountability on their end, and it often felt like I was the one doing all the work to keep things moving forward. When issues arose (which were often due to their lack of organization), instead of offering solutions, they only added to the frustration by making things more complicated than they needed to be.

A real estate company should be working in their client’s best interest, guiding them with professionalism and efficiency. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I highly suggest looking elsewhere. There are far better companies that actually care about their clients and know how to get things done right.

I we make more the requested income requirements, per there requirements we have no negative rental history And had very positive reviews from past landlords. credit is almost perfect and
I believe we didn’t get the home because my wife had a stroke last October and she is on disability, when they heard that everything changed. I felt they just took our application our money and never planned on approving it. I believe this company is just a predatory company and will find any excuse not to rent to anyone with a disability. There is no reason at all we should have been denied.
