Sheila was my day-of-coordinator for my wedding and I am so glad I went with her! She gives zero judgements because she talks to you like an old friend, but she always provides feedback on how to make your plans/suggestions better and she always looked out for my guests.

She was able to work with my venue to get an earlier entry time and she was even able to convince them to set up some rows of chairs for our indoor ceremony! There were so many things that didn't go according to plan, but Sheila was very creative in changing up the timeline to ensure we were on time!

Where’s the 6th star at!!!! What can I say about Event Solutions besides they’re truly amazing! No really… Sheila is wonderful to work with. This review is long overdue, I have planned 4 events with Sheila and they have all been a giant success! From getting Lisa Lisa to perform for a 40th birthday party to planning the most amazing Winnie the Pooh baby shower to my son’s 1st birthday party Luau…. Success after success after success! Sheila and her team really do it all! Needless to say Sheila is more than a party planner now… she’s now a really good friend who happens to plan amazing parties. I can’t wait to keep the ball rolling with her!

Sheila and Sonnie were amazing! We hired Sheila as our day of coordinator for our wedding in South Lake Tahoe. When we had to postpone due to wildfires, Sheila never missed a beat and helped us reshuffle all of our plans. Sheila couldn’t make our rescheduled wedding date, so she looped Sonnie in and supported us in our planning and coordinating for months leading up the event. During the wedding weekend, Sonnie was there so that we didn’t have to worry about anything. She even called our shuttle company and got us a full refund after the shuttle showed up late to bring guests to our ceremony. Overall, we cannot recommend them enough. They were prepared, professional, so helpful, and fun to work with!

Sheila is the absolute best! Most importantly, she made our special day happen after the original venue cancelled 30 days before our wedding date. Sheila worked on her vacation to ensure we secured a new venue and all the details were perfect. She found us awesome vendors and negotiated prices to keep us on budget. She was wonderful to work with - easy going, funny, hard-working, detail oriented - overall, a beautiful person who is dedicated to making events special for her clients!

I definitely recommend Event Solutions for your wedding planning/day-of coordination needs. Sheila is proactive, reliable, efficient, and easy to work with. Her support at our wedding enabled us to actually enjoy our special day instead of stressing about the details. As if that wasn’t enough, she’s also an amazing florist. Sheila created a beautiful bridal bouquet, boutonnières, corsages, and decorative floral arrangements for our wedding.
