Dusty and Trisha are amazing! I had been searching for the ideal home for my family for the past 2 years. The process was stressful and everyone I spoke with made the process long and exhausting! When I finally found the perfect home, I just knew it was going to be a battle. Low and behold, Dusty and Trisha to the rescue! The online application was easy to find and follow, the website is very user friendly, I was a lecture to submit my application with zero issues. As soon as they opened, I received a text welcoming me and asking to be sure my husband did his part because it's first qualified, first serve. Which I must say is the way to go! I've had other companies run everyone and choose best of the bunch and that's completely unfair and inconsiderate to give everyone that ding. I was able to message back and forth throughout the process and any questions we were able to clearly communicate. I love the fact they text and I could text because my day is so busy, no way I can sit on the phone all day. They worked diligently to finish my application and give us an answer right away! No anxiety over if we got it or not, they are truly awesome! I am so happy and so excited to spend the next years of our life in our beautiful new rental. I wish I could give 10 stars. I have worked with several property management companies in my tenure as a real estate investor. The customer's needs and my needs as the property owner are always fulfilled and superceded with Keyrenter, nothing like other companies! I do not live in the area and I am putting all my trust that they are going to fulfill their promises that they make to me. There is no hesitation from me to hand my keys over to Keyrenter. I know they are going to take care of the property, and they are going to get me what I want while giving the tenants the respect they need to be happy living in the property.

LISA IS NO LONGER THERE!!
Traivionne took over and NEVER response to emails, text or maintenance concerns..The only time he reaches out is regarding the rent.. if I have a concern he does not respond EVER. I’ve requested the managers assistance but to know avail..This company is useless ...Property owner is wasting there money. Been here one year and we’ve been managing the rental ourselves and deducting from rent..we have issues.. major issues..gates and fence falling.. electrical..etc and this company can care less. We should get paid instead. Property owner said last week their under new management...hopefully things will change...

The Best Property Management company I have ever had a pleasure working with. Lisa and Travion did a superior job of addressing and resolving all of the issues the property and the tenants had. I’m pretty sure all of the other employees are just as great at their company!

Horrible. Tried to set up an appointment but they never called me. Emailed them and no response. Left a vm and no response. How do these guys do business?!?
