Better Bookkeepers was hired by our company. Communication is terrible. Kristina is especially unprofessional. She will insist she warned you dozens of times, even if you only spoke to her once. Lastly, she likes to change an expense to something else without asking or advising and simply defends her right to do so as "IRS Rules." Even when you provide a valid reason/documentation, she provides an email saying your violating IRS Regulations.
