Edie's team team is so friendly and professional. Between the 3 of them they are able to expertly cover every aspect that can come up in the sale and purchase of home buying. Jim Allen helped us buy our home in North Tustin that we loved and stayed in for 16 years. He just helped us sell the same home in 3 days.

I recently retired and was looking to sell our house and move to our retirement home. Jim Allen and the team at Edie Israel came highly recommended and it proved to be the right choice from the very first meeting. That appointment was very impressive! They met with us with all the preparation that a full blown appraisal would have had. We decided to list with them immediately. They had a full team to help us with contractors for repair, designers for staging, marketing and an office staff to keep all the paperwork and timing on point. We had 4 offers in the first six days and all had bid up from our listing price. This same team kept us in line for closing in 30 days with NO problems.
