My experience with this company is very pleasant. They are professional and found me a good tenant within 2 weeks of listing. Great communication throughout the tenant search process. Staff is courteous and responsive. When my last tenant moved out (still with the previous management company at the time), the bedroom door had a big hole that was beyond repair, To be ready for rental again, Skybridge got me a handyman to replace the door quickly at a very affordable price. I am very happy with them.

I contacted Skybridge because I built and ADU and didn't want to deal with listing the property and just dealing with tenants. They responded very quickly and within 15 days!!! I had a tenant living in the unit. They respond quickly and so far they have been doing a great job. Hopefully i can build a long term relationship with them since this will not be my first or last deal with them.
