I took Cathy's Business Class for Geriatric Care Managers and found it to be very helpful. The books and other materials are very good, particularly the forms and templates. Cathy Cress is one of a kind. She knows more than anyone in the field of geriatric care management. She wrote THE handbook and offers excellent classes online. But beware, they are not a cakewalk and Cathy demands that you come prepared. She is kind, intelligent, thoughtful and knows so much.
