I have never encountered a an assistant/ secretary as rude as hers. She is absolutely the worst person I have ever encountered. She made me feel like my emergency was not at all important and if you ever want empathy this is not the place to start. She treated me like garbage, definitely thought she was better than me and just left me feeling absolutely terrible. I left in tears.
