I love Level Up! Instructors are awesome and always ready to help! Classes are fun and motivating. Atmosphere is very comfortable and inviting! Love the Pilates and Body Pump classes! Have lost inches! Noticed great flexibility. Classes from stretching, Pilates, Yoga, Body Pump, and Hit. Even classes for little ones. And much more! Go check it out!

I have belonged to all of the local gyms in Yreka and Level Up Studio is by far the best. The instructors are knowledgeable and keep you motivated. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. They offer a variety of classes so you will never get bored. The virtual classes are a great alternative especially if you are just starting out and not comfortable in a group setting. I highly recommend Level Up Studio.

Best trainers in Northern California! Love all of the classes offered and the personal care provided. I'm amazed with the knowledge of modifications that allows the trainer to work around my disabilities and target the muscles without causing pain; better than most physical therapist I've seen over the years.

The only place in town offering Les Mills Classes—BodyPump, BodyCombat, Grit, and Bodyflow to name a few, as well as Pilates, Yoga, Gentle Fitness, Latin Dance, Kung Fu, and kids programs.
The facility is clean and the atmosphere is inviting, relaxed, and friendly.
The instructors are highly educated, experienced, and have a passion for health and wellness of the mind and body.
