Very rude and unprofessional! Marc assured me all week the price he quoted me was going to be the price. The day of they showed up an hour late and made excuses that they didn't know we were an hour ahead when they have been doing jobs out here the last 2 weeks. He then tried to upcharge me the DAY OF an additional $500 because he claims they didnt know i had two floors needing to come up. He was here previously to test the floor for Asbestos and saw that there were two floors needing to come up and then wanted to play dumb the day of. They also sent the proposal that was promised all week, at 11:31PM the night before they showed up. I expressed my opinion calmly and was told by Marc himself that I can find someone else to do the job after we moved everything and crated our animals because he doesn't like my attitude. Do not go through them they will screw you over! Very unprofessional attitude from someone who is a business owner. They will not be getting any recommendations from me and I will be letting everyone know. UPDATE: Marc proceeded to call my husband yesterday, 6/13/23 and complain about my review that I posted here and requested that it be taken down because he is not receiving calls since my review. He further stated that "This is why I don't deal with married couples because women are emotional." This man is unprofessional, rude, and degrading to women. I would expect better from someone who has been in the business for 20 years. Please do not go through this company!
