My agent with this agency is Marshall Sherrod and let me tell you he’s the best agent/broker with whom I’ve had the pleasure of conducting business. He is thorough and sincerely wants to get you into a program that fits your needs. At renewal time he goes over the changes coming to your current policy and then tells you about the one or two best policies for the coming year that he thinks might be also be right for me, but never pushes one over the other and leaves the choice to me. I’ve had to call him a couple of times on questions I had in the middle of the year and even though there was no opportunity for him to earn something he still took the time to answer all of my questions and
Concerns. This guy is sharp. I had to buy group insurance for my employer’s company for 20-25 years before I retired. So I’ve spoken to a lot of brokers. This guy is number one in my book. Give him a call for your business or for individual needs. You won’t regret it. Oh and if he’s on another line when I call, he always calls me back the same day. This is an important decision for you and he fully appreciates that. Smart, polite, and always laughs at my jokes. What more can you ask of your insurance salesman? Lastly his receptionists are warm and courteous. StoneTapeer. Marshall Sherrod. Keep these names in your phone’s primary contacts. You won’t regret it. He gets five out of five stars from me.

What a great experience. Stone Tapert's amazing agent helped me navigate the Health Insurance options available to me. She made it very easy to find a plan that works best for me and I was very glad of the assistance. I was so impressed I've been recommending it to all my friends and family. Having recently “aged into” Medicare, I was faced with navigating new health insurance. I can not imagine doing this on my own. I received numerous cards and pamphlets in the mail touting “this plan is the best and that company is the only one I should speak with.” Too much already. The best call I made was to the professional, licensed agents at StoneTapert Insurance. This company has been in the health service business for many years. This is not a group opening just for Open Enrollment. The agents have chosen this career path, gotten licensed and continue their education to be able to help their clients (me!) understand what is offered, what the costs are and more importantly assure you, you are covered if a medical need arises. I have come to realize everyone needs an advocate in the health care services. I feel fortunate to have found that with my agent at Stone Tappert. I’ve had a few instances being told my plan didn’t cover something. All I did was call my representative and problem resolved. I now tell all my friends turning 65 not to even try to figure out Medicare plans without professional guidance and I recommend StoneTapert without hesitation. Everyone that took my advice called to thank me for the recommendation. They were treated with respect, dignity and given the best accurate advice on selecting a plan to fit their needs. I appreciate the honesty and knowledge presented, especially when these plans frequently change. I encourage everyone to do a review each year! This has saved me time, money and aggravation. I purchased insurance through this company a couple of months ago, and I have to say they made insurance easy. I was walked through the entire process by their professional staff, given multiple options to fit my needs, and most importantly I was treated with respect. They actively made sure to educate me and clear up and and all questions I had. Do not answer any calls from them! It is an insurance scam and they are trying to get private information from you. I get 5+ calls from them daily all from different numbers, so blocking them won't work. I have never reached out to them. I'm on the other side of the country, so I'm not sure how they got my phone number. There are multiple reports of them doing the same thing to other people.
