Unfortunately, I've needed lawyers on a number of occasions and it's always the same, self important, never get back to you, keep you wondering what the hell is going on with your case lawyers.

Michael Ross is a cut above the rest. His communication skills, which I feel are most important, are amazing. I was never left wondering what the heck was going on. Michael usually reached out to me first to keep me informed of my case.

I can't say that about ONE lawyer I have ever dealt with. They all acted like I should be privileged to be in their presence, always forgetting that they are working for me.

I was in a lot of pain from my car accident, especially with the head trauma. The last thing I needed was to stress out more over my case. I never had to do that with Michael. He understands that when you're in pain, the lawyer doesn't need to be a part of that pain.
