I am exclusively working with one of the owners: David Glantz.

I do not know all that he or they do. I needed to update by ancient accounting service & contacted QuickBooks. They weren't of any help but they passed my contact info onto David. He contacted me. I was suspicious of the referral even though QB is a large established highly used product because such "salesmen" usually just want to make a sale & are not truly helpful.

This is NOT the case with David. David offered me a discount on QB. He offered Support services which I knew I'd badly need. I was correct. QB is confusing & completely different than my present accounting software.

David knows QB upside down & sideways. True there are a few things that he has to research but he offers fast reliable replies. We've never met. We've had MANY GoToMeetings online & phone conversations. I am comfortable with his help. David is prompt. His email replies are fit in around his other appointments.

I still need his help but I am less needy for his help today. I remember with my old software that I was still getting help years later. That may be true for QB but I expect to hardly need David's help within 2 more months.

I have a 50+ year biz with lots of regular customers, products, & history. David was able to help me import my data base into QB. It could have taken us weeks or months longer to manually import the data.

I do not know what if any other services he offers. I am certain that he does an A+ job on them also based on how he helped me.
