Please keep in mind that I am doing a review for Affirm which does not come up anywhere so when I called I was given this company information as the parent company for Affirm which makes sense because they probably don't want their bad reviews to get out but unfortunately for them I don't let anything just slide. As far as customer service goes I have dealt with horrible representatives but these guys should get an award for worst customer service ever because it also includes their supervisors who were just as rude as the reps they are supposed to lead so it explains a lot. I regret putting my faith in Affirm as they didn't keep a single word they said so my entire conversation with them was nothing but lies. They wouldn't even let me speak to the department that could have potentially helped me to resolve the issue but they insisted on playing middle messenger and got it wrong when they relayed the information EVERY SINGLE TIME. I don't want to write an entire chapter about the issue but it was never resolved and there was no interest in actually helping me and as I said they were very rude so I decided to let everyone know how rude they are. I've actually brought them a lot of business because many of the people I know didn't even know they existed and I know they won't actually care but T-mobile didn't either until I took my 7 lines along with 43 other customer accounts, many with multiple lines like mine, because I am a nobody but a nobody with a lot of influence with customers as I typically review 4-6 businesses a week and have a small following of people who like to use my experiences and reviews as a guide for places to go and companies to do business with. Having over 20 years experience in customer service and running call centers and providing training for customer service representatives, my biggest pet peeve is reps who are rude, inconsiderate, not empathetic or display a lack of understanding causing calls to take longer than necessary or not resolving the issue at all. This is not my typical platform for reviews but when a company is particularly unhelpful I make sure to make time and review them EVERYWHERE. Thank you for taking the time to read my review and good luck with whatever you decide is right for you. * Just wanted to add on a little info in regard to their response. If I was misdirected it was by Affirm who gave me this companies info and even gave me the address. As they say their calls are recorded so it sounds like someone is lying.

The people who work there are very professional and nice. Only setback is they close at one. They are way in the back. Do not try to park on the street. Go around the block and park in the public parking lot and walk up the alley to the building. You need to check in with security.

Very Rude and Disrespectful! I called on a file I received and they refused to assist me all the rep would say to me is pay your debt! Even though I dont owe anyone anything because I felt this was fraud they did not care! Hopefully someone gives them what they deserve for the fraud they are a part of!

Beautiful facility, wonderful caregivers, but the few caregivers working in the Cherry Hills facility are overworked and can not meet the needs of the residents living there. It is taking up 60 minutes to get help when pushing your call button. The radios the care givers are wearing constantly call them to help other residents and they have to rush through what they are doing. Sometimes this creates a safety hazzard. Some of them work 9 days in a row and are exhausted. Again, sometimes this is a safety hazzard. you will be told that the maximum wait time is 11 minutes and there are at least 4 care givers on duty on each floor. Trust me, they have 2 on my floor right now and one of them is a medication dispenser. The inefficiency of the dining room because of how it is organized translates up to a 2 hour to meal. They also run out of some of the food items frequently, so you can't always pick the food off the menu. However, like most of the caregivers, the dining room staff are both very friendly and the food is good. This company has purchased over 1,000 assisted living facilities in this country over the last few years. It is comprised of investors so the service is money and profit driven.

CT Corporation helped my company create two new LLCs in Delaware. They were helpful, prompt and got it done in 1 business day. I usually like one point of contact at a company to discuss my service with, however each person I spoke with expertly helped me file the paperwork quickly and with the most protections for my company. I am glad I called them for the LLC formations and would use them again for future companies.

We served them with a law suit against at&t and mentioned their legal official corporate name (Pacific bell telephone company) in the lawsuit paper work and in their office paper work) but they choose to ignore that and focus on the "dba at&t" name to say the don't have anyone in their system under that name. ACTING IN BAD FAITH, to cause frustration and delay in my claim. I spoke with court and it's their problem eventually. BUT anyway terrible work ethics!

I called because of a legal notice , I received were CTC was representing a co defendant..instead of assisting when I asked if they could possibly represent me as well they told me in an arrogant fashion "We're CTC corporation,we don't just help anybody" that turned me off , I hung up.
