Exceptional Remodel Experience!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Advisor Construction on a remodel of some apartments, and I must say it was a great experience overall.

One of the standout aspects of the remodeling process was the exceptional communication from the team. They kept me informed at every step and were always available to address any questions or concerns I had. This made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
The quality of the remodel exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was evident, and the final results were impressive. It is clear that the team takes great pride in their work.

I’m so happy working with Advisor Construction for my home. They are all wonderful. A big shout out to Ace who installed my Quiet Cool system in my garage. He was great!! Once installed, he added the app to my cellphone & explained in detail how to use the system & make changes when I need to. He gave me his number should I have any questions later. That’s what I call great customer service.

The Advisor team were wonderful to work with. Ace did an great job on our bathroom remodel. He came in and was done before we knew it. Ripping out a 25+ year tub/shower combo and going back in with a beautiful walk-in shower in 2 weeks was surprising. The quality of workmanship was top notch. However, special kudos to Ace Saelee, who was the lead crew member on the project. He was meticulous in his work which included all facets of the remodel from demo, to installation to tile work. Advisor remodeled the shower enclosures in our two bathrooms. Their design suggestions were helpful and the final product looks great and functions perfectly. We were most impressed with how well managed the project was, from start to finish. They set up a calendar detailing what would happen when and stuck to it. Our project manager, Heather, was great at communicating with us throughout. Everyone we met from Advisor was pleasant and professional. The individual who did most of the actual labor, Ace, was outstanding. Finally, when the work was done, Advisor was great at cleaning up the job site. Hopefully, we don't have any more big projects anytime soon, but if we did Advisor would be the ones we'd call.

Advisor Construction was one of four contractors I requested to quote a significant project at my residence. Their quote wasn't the highest or the lowest but I believe "You get what you pay for".

From the beginning I could tell they were serious about their business. They spent several hours on site measuring and inspecting the current condition of my home. Upon submitting their estimate, they provided detailed information as to what needed to be done and made it clear they would take no shortcuts. Their estimate was very close to the final bill.

The quality of the work done is excellent. Eric and the entire crew worked every day to finish the project and it rained on them for a big portion of the time they were here. The finished product is very nice. They replaced doors, windows, siding, and close to 600 square ft of deck. I have found nothing to criticize, and I am a picky customer. Their paint crew did an excellent job too. Advisor also took care of the County Building Permit and all phases of the inspections.

From start to finish I couldn't be happier. Advisor's entire staff from the office to the on site crew were excellent to work with.
