Sam and his team go above and beyond what a normal real estate company should do! From making you feel comfortable and secure when making decisions, to going the extra mile to make sure we were making the best deal possible!

Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Sam and his team stood out as the best in El Dorado County Their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings.
We spoke with Sam and then met with him at our home. He spent as much time as we needed answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Sam made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having professional photographs taken, and suggesting tips to make our home more appealing during the closing process, and a lot more.
I've recommended Sam Team to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

Charles and Sam were extremely responsive every step of the way and their office staff is amazing.
First, Charles reached out to me- very respectfully- to see if I had any interest in selling my house in the mountains. When I said I did but wasn’t ready we arranged that he would call me 6 months later. And he did. He called when he said he would, not before for almost 2 years until I was ready.
He and Sam explained things very well and when my house went on the market it went into contract in less than 2 weeks.
