I called to see if they could service my PC. I said it was running slow. I use it for my small business. They (Chelsea) indicated they were too busy ("cant get a hold of a technician"), and referred me to Nerds on Call.
What the heck? I called computer logistics because they took care of my PC in the past and did a great job with it. I guess I'll take them off my service vender list. Really strange that they would refer me to a competitor instead of saying they can call me back later or something.

Computer Logistics is amazing to work with! As a government agency we ask their support on various platforms and to help all levels of employee technical competencies. They have elevated our teams knowledge, assisted with all tech upgrades flawlessly, and are always available for support. The response time is extremely fast. Their support is amazing. But their customer service is the thing that stands out the most. They are apart of our team, not just our IT and it wouldn’t feel that way without their high level of customer service.
