When it works the service is fine. At Beachwood RV Park, you have to park pretty close to an antenna to get it to work properly. Their rate structure is terrible beyond comprehension. The other service in the area at the other major park well allow you to hibernate your service while you are somewhere else. If you need the service say every 3 weeks or so you still have to pay for it even though you're not there. I have no other choice but to use it at this time but I'm certainly looking for something better.

Great service all around. When there is a problem with the service, a technician comes out and gets it fixed quickly and timely. I have excellent internet with the service. I am able to broadcast over the net, while being live.

Terrible service. Avoid buying their WiFi service at the Blaine marina, it will say you have bars but the internet doesn’t actually work, ever. I am giving two stars because I was happy they actually refunded me for time not used and the guy was somewhat nice.

Ecco is a good business model. They sell a wifi service that is "totally unsecured". Anybody can see your personal financial transactions and personal information with passwords and banking information.
Get off the bus folks, drop this unsafe supposed "wifi service".
