As we were in the process of reinventing the layout of our financials, Maureen at CFO was very knowledgeable in designing our new systems to track all GL items by company division, rather than having to create several inter/intra company files. Not only that, but we also made use of the class and job features to their fullest extent. Maureen's expertise in QuickBooks doesn't stop at her head of knowledge. She trained us all, which is not typical of someone in her position. Most companies are reluctant to share knowledge.
