I dont want this to seem like a ideal sob story so im just going to say i was lost.
I did a little research and Shanner and Associates caught my attention. The moment i called and spoke with Toby Shanner, he gave me hope to keep pushing. His amazing service and helpfulness made me feel whole again. Just when I thought nothing could be done, Toby took his time to supply me with the information i needed. The guidance most people find difficult to retrieve. He answered all my questions and prepared me for success and i just want to say thank you for taking the time to help me lift a weight off my shoulders thats been pulling me down for so long.
To anyone looking for legal services within his practice, i would 110% refer them to Mr. Shanner. Hes a great individual, very educated, and has a wonderful personality.

I am a little late with my review as I am typically not one to leave reviews but I felt it was necessary and warranted in this case.

I have to say working with Toby and his team was by far the best experience I've had when dealing with attorneys/legal matters...and unfortunately for me, I've dealt with a handful in the past few years.

Toby's straight forwarded, professional and friendly approach is exactly what is needed. He handled my case in just over a month and I had my debt fully discharged a couple months later.

Hands down the best decision we made was to connect with Toby, Sasha & Associates.
They made us feel as though they truly cared about our financial situation and reassured us through each step that we were on track making progress. They consistently made themselves available for questions as they came up. To take it a step further, one of our mortgage lenders was reporting our loan status incorrectly after our discharge causing us to lose an opportunity to buy a new home that we had fallen in love with. When I knew I would be looking for an attorney, I didn't know who to call. I was given Toby's number from my accountant. Beginning with the first call, he walked me through the process, what to expect, and what I would need to do. During the entire process, he and his wife were there and answered all of our questions, Every phone call was returned, every E Mail or text message was responded to. He had also given us good solid advice. When the work was finished, the bill was exactly what he said it would be from the beginning. We feel that he is honest, very knowledgable, and professional.
