ok so if I could I would give them them 0 star because they did something that is not acceptable to me. and should never happen to anyone. I hate giving bad reviews but with these guys I have to. so on Feb 1 of 2023 I went in, and I filed my 2022 tax return, and I was expected a refund. I waited about 2.5 month, and nothing showed up in my bank account which was a little suspicious. so I called them and I asked them they said its fine it takes time then I called again after 6 month and again they told me the same, comes 2023 tax filing year and I filled my taxes and everything went smoothly I asked for the 2022 tax return and I was told I have to call IRS so before I call IRS I called Carl Hakenjos and told them again about my tax return and they said we will check and call u again. waited about an hour no call back so I called IRS myself and after several attempts finally spoke to a IRS representative and he hunted everywhere for the tax return of the 2022 he was able to locate 2021 and 2023 then he said I see that 2022 taxes were just submitted...... so I got really upset and I called the office again and I said I didn't get a call back and she says well I just resubmitted the file whattttt you resubmitted are you serious and I told her I spoke to the IRS and told them that they told me that it was never submitted and that it was just submitted she didn't even apologize she said yah we had a computer problem it happens there is no big deal..... not even an apology so if you have filed your taxes with these guys and have not received anything well call irs most likely they didn't do their job and if you are thinking to file with them be aware. and think twice about filing with them......

Hello, I can not stress what a fantastic job Carl and his staff has done for my families personal and buisness taxes. If you want a really smart CPA that doesn't take your refund back for his fee. Make an appt with Carl. Also! Super helpful during covid to have a tax guy just a quick email away- all year long- not just during tax season. He was on top of helping us get our stimulus checks and help us with unemployment questions.
