Highly, Highly recommend!!! Martin from Geosystems is truly outstanding! I’ve been working to build a home on a challenging hillside, and after consulting several soils engineering firms in Los Angeles, I was repeatedly told that caisson piles were the only solution. The extreme cost made the project seem impossible. Then I met Martin, who guided me to a solution using a conventional foundation instead. This drastically reduced the project cost and made it viable. Martin was incredibly knowledgeable, always friendly, and responsive to all my questions. Without his expertise and support, this project wouldn’t have gotten off the ground.

I’m a general contractor specializing in demolition excavation and grading. I recently had need for Geosystems for a complete pool removal and backfill which requires a soil engineer for soil and compaction reports. Fee schedule was typical and as expected. Martin was a pleasure to work with and readily available for all of my inspections. I will be saving their contact for future needs as I was completely satisfied with their services and with them working with my client.

Buyer beware. We were quoted one price, which was then over doubled after doing the work. They would not release the report unless we paid the overcharges.

I strongly advise against using their services; they're a complete fraud. They took a retainer fee but failed to fulfill the scope of the job, and their invoicing was completely inaccurate. I'm taking steps to report them to the Better Business Bureau

This felt shady. A permit runner is a partner to the organization and required that Geosystems monitor a build. I was not given an estimate for work to be done and received a large bill.
