COMPLETE SCAM. BAD ATTITUDE. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They not only have no idea how to deal with documents and can offer virtually zero advice, but they also can't even spell your name or your company name correctly in the docs they prepare even after providing them in writing on multiple occasions.

Additionally, if you tell them about the mistakes that THEY MADE because they prepared the WRONG form then they will charge you to fix them because according to them 'the forms were already prepared'

Don't waste your time or money. I wasted over a thousand dollars with these clowns and ended up having to draft the documents myself.

Love their family style service in a very office like setting. The employees seem to enjoy working there and we felt very welcomed by Laura. She was extremely patient and we felt that all our questions were answered before leaving the office. Very much recommend them

I contacted The Document Center concerning registering a new mortgage with the county. I wished to expedite this matter as the tax year was coming to a close. Cory was helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive, and he quickly finalized this process.

This place is extremely unprofessional. We went to them to complete a transfer of deed and it's been a nightmare! They are careless and did not make sure to input the correct information before asking us to sign the documents. The first mistake they made was putting the wrong address on the deed, it was unbelievable! Who does that?! They had to revised it but were too lazy to do it correctly. They only changed the address but left the incorrect property description, such as the city the house was located in, and the type of building it is. How could they mix up a single family house with a condominium? It was due to being lazy and not pulling up the correct property information. To make things even worst, when I called to inform them of the mistake Laura, the person handling my files, was upset with me for having them change the documents AGAIN! (It took three times to get it corrected.) She gave me a horrible attitude and started yelling and screaming at me. I could not believe what I was hearing. She would not accept responsibility for the mistake they made but instead she put the blame on me for trying to make sure my documents were correct. If I could give this place negative stars, I would!! Wish I didn't pay them in advance, I would take my business elsewhere.
