This company is a scam. A fraudster family business in Glendale, CA. They manage our HOA and they are awful. They tagged along to our property after the construction company contracted them and it’s been a nightmare to even communicate with them. They are absolutely incompetent!! Better say they do nothing than to say they manage anything. They are ambiguous in their communication, often time shady. They grossly mismanage HOA’s finances, fabricate expenses, and refuse to provide documentation. They never answer to service requests, the homeowners together manage the property and common areas. Vigen never ever has arranged or coordinated a single repair nor do they answer to any requests. Isn’t that their job?!! They charge HOA thousands of dollars every year in management fee and do NOTHING!!! Avoid this company at all costs!

Our HOA had the worst experience with these untrustworthy and incompetent folks. They pay their “friend” contractors without the HOAs permission for made up services.

Not sure what these folks are talking about. Vigen has been doing my taxes for 30 years and I have never been audited.
He is beyond competent and is one of the very best in the business.

Stay away from this scam of a family business. The owner tried to have me sign a w9 (I’m a board member) because I pay the gardener out of pocket and request a reimbursement from the HOA company. I believe they forgot that it’s their job that I hired them to do, to pay all vendors and attempt to manage our HOA. They are unable to manage themself let alone our FOUR unit, (if you have more units run away) please stay away, there are many other ethical companies available to invest in. Let this one die out. Currently transferring my portfolio to their comparator in Glendale CA.

Worst company ever. Not honest. If this company manages your building (HOA) beware. They sign on with developers to underfund the HOA budget required to operate a building. They don’t provide required documentation or financials to the HOA (board). They purposely fail, as all they do is complete budget templates for developers that are worthless in reality, not only incompetent, but exploiting the HOA they are hired to represent. Stay away!
