Mr. Fisher and staff have been handing a very complex estate matter for my family for the past several years. The previous accountant made quite a mess of things and there was a lot to unravel. I’ll preface with Dave and his staff are very nice to talk to, but…

We brought two business accounts to Dave well in advance of the end of the year. Similar to the other review, a strategy was discussed and never/poorly implemented. After receiving an email with my estimated tax payment, I immediately got a second AND third opinion because of the insanely high estimates.

Let’s just say I am glad I did. Pulled both accounts and will never be back.

I usually do not review companies but my experience was so poor with this office that I had to let out my frustrations. Due to extremely high fees from my previous accountant and a recommendation from a friend I sat down with David to discuss my tax needs and the high fees my previous accountant charged. We talked and he gave me the impression that his services would be a good fit for me without being overly expensive. Unfortunately, not only did they charge more than my previous accountant but they're level of expertise was so far below any accountant I have ever dealt with. They sent me an email but it was labeled to another businesses which ended up causing me to pay interest on a late payment. They suggested I pay a certain amount of taxes and when I thought it was excessive they called me back with a lower amount 30 minutes later. Finally when I first met with David he suggested a different tax strategy for my business which I agreed to and then when they did my taxes they didn't use this strategy but suggested I use the strategy the following year. Through all this I paid more in taxes than I ever have even with reduced gross sales. I recommend getting all expectations in writing prior to utilizing this office.
