Writing this review from the toilet while I take a #2 because that’s the only time of mine that I want to dedicate to this place. Would give zero stars if possible.

I went into the store with an older generation Apple Watch that was cracked but still functioning to see what my upgrade options were. The salesman assured me I could upgrade to a new Apple Watch SE and only have to pay the taxes - $65 or so. Great! I was happy to do that. In the meantime, he keeps on trying to sell me/get me to upgrade my phone plan which I had no interest in doing. He kept spitting out all these numbers at rapid speed like he was trying to convince me it was a great deal but also confuse me at the same time. I kept saying no, I was just there for the watch. When he gives me the packaging to send the old Watch back for the trade-in credit ($180) I asked again if it was ok that the Watch was in that condition with a screen crack. He ASSURED me that it was perfectly fine and acceptable to Verizon.

Low and behold, I get an email yesterday that my trade in was NOT acceptable due to the cracked screen and now my entire monthly bill has increased. I filed a formal complaint with Verizon customer service because you CANNOT CONTACT the store or it’s manager directly, and I didn’t feel comfortable going in person. Waiting on a follow-up to take my complaint further.

Told me I’d pay $111 for an upgrade. Came back the next day and a different employee tried charging me $250 while making up numbers. Called a different store and they told me I’d pay $111 as well. Do not recommend coming here
