Beware, there are no Truist locations near here, this is some office building where the security guard told me dozens of angry truists customers come to a day.

Awful bank. It’s impossible to get a response from them or get someone to resolve my issue. I closed my account and months later I got a mail saying that I have a loan, when I owned a debit card with no negative balance option available. Turned out my account wasn’t closed but frozen and the bank charged me for nothing, forcing the payment. I’ve talked to every possible department and they keep transferring me to other departments saying they have no access/information/can’t help. Everyone seems to be completely clueless and doesn’t know where it came from or what to do. They tell they will call me back, but they never do. And I’m left with a loan that came from nowhere. I’m very disappointed, don’t recommend you this bank, unless you want to waste your time
