sought council from Thomas Anderson for Family law after paying a retainer 20 dollars over his asking I wanted to see if he was trust worthy upon counting money as well as giving him more than he asked because his council was much needed. He quickly pocketed it without saying anything, was advised to follow up with him 1 week afterward where he took 2 additional weeks to get back to me then asked "what was your case regarding again", 1 week out from court hearing. While at the hearing Anderson stepped outside into the court hall to consult me on a deal to take once stated I don't feel comfortable with it, in front of all officers and court staff he called me "stupid" and stated he had already been in court than what he wanted to be. He also did not review any documents submitted which were inaccurate after I pointed the information out to him. After the hearing I terminated him.This lawyer is not one I recommend and the saying is true You truly get what you pay for.

Once I got passed the receptionist who isn't the best person answering their phone. Benjamin Rowe was very pleasant and eager to help with any of my questions I had. Cause by the time I got to speak with him, I already had spoke to several other lawyers that offered me no help at all. But to in form me whatever my case was it would be three hundred for consultation. When I found Rowe, and spoke for 2 days answering my questions before being asked if I would like to retain him for a lawyer. I feel I am off to great start even did my research no complaints. Drew has handled 3 evictions for me in the past. One was easy, (a couple Letters to pay or evacuate) one was more difficult (2 court dates and a sheriff lockout) and one was a hard one with multiple non authorized tenants stealing and tearing the place up. Drew had a few court dates on that one, he had some photos of the distress the property was in, informed the judge of what was going on and the judge signed a 30 day evection which Drew carried out with a sheriffs deputy a lock smith and a security guy. I have recommended Drew to many, Drew is the light at the end of the tunnel for a landlord in California

Truly the worst service EVER! If I could give it 0 stars, I would do so in a heartbeat. A complete waste of money. Attorney Anthony Rowe did not explain things throughly for an eviction case I started with him. 650 dollars in and I still felt lost. What made matters worse, is that although I took time out of my work day to check in and have him explain things to me, he still didn’t. Half the time he was out of the office, and don’t even bother emailing because you won’t get a response back either way. In one instance, he requested I come in to pay for a court order lock out on a Friday. I took the time and went in, only to be greeted with a “closed until Monday” sign. This was something he could’ve mentioned over the phone instead of wasting my time. For an attorney, he lacks communication skills.

The front office staff is a joke as well. I was placed on hold for 8 minutes and patiently waited only to have the receptionist hang up on me. I called back and instead of apologizing she simply said they were closed and mentioned Anthony Rowe was on a call. She didn’t even bother to offer a solution such as a next day call back, I had to request this myself. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the money. Avoid this law office at all costs

We have used their company for residential and commercial eviction and they do a fantastic job. When you show up to court, you realize their office handles a majority of eviction cases for the county. Nearly every large landlord uses their services.
