Zero Stars!!!! We started with Victor in 2016 and for the past 2 years it's been the same. You make an appointment and they won't call you at the appt time and if they do they call super late!!! Today I had an appointment and they never called!! 30 min later I decided to call them and said " hey no one called me " and Victor answered me by saying"what is your question" what do you need" I said "I had an appointment " he replied by saying he was super busy and will call me back when they have time!!!! I expressed how unprofessional he has been to me and how this also happened last year but I looked passed it and tried to give him a chance Again!!! He was so rude on the phone and said "do you want to file your taxes or not? I replied by saying that I was no longer in need of his services!!! The receptionist was also rude by saying well we have been super busy we have to call you back!! I made 2 appointments this year just to accommodate their schedule. Victor has become very rude and unprofessional!!! We also found out he has not been doing our taxes the right way!!!
Please take your money elsewhere and prevent a headache!!!!

Definitely the best team to do your taxes with! My family has been with him for years & I did mine with him this & very satisfied! I recommend him! Also if you bring your children he has snacks for your babies & tv for them to watch!

Had my taxes done here for the first time and they were wonderful. Victor is very efficient and answer all your questions. My experience was very pleasant for me and my husband. Stress free and worry free and we got the tax re fund we deserved. Also i love that his filing fee is very reasonably priced at $69. Will be coming here for many years! Highly recommend!

Absolutely love coming here! Best prices in town after being overcharged at other places for the same work! Very friendly! Victor always makes his customers feel like family and always has some exciting story to tell to break the ice and make the appointment go so smooth and comfortable. Amazing customer service! The office feels very welcoming and nicely decorated. Victor is very professional and trust worthy. He also offers insurance for home and auto and is a licensed notary public. My mom and I have personally used all of Victor’s services. We are long time customers and will continue to be customers.
