Got in contact with them through phone to file a complaint.. had a one of their servers come inside my home and serve me. i told the clerk on the phone the server was unprofessional and she said that’s her job. The clerk told me with an attitude you aren’t our client, i asked her name and she hung up on me . I called back 2 seconds later another clerk answered and said that it was a fake call that i didn’t call anybody i was talking to a mystery person that the clerk i just had talked to was a fake answering their phones and giving them a bad name. no wonder the reviews are horrible here. shut this place down! customer service does not exist here.

This business (Lori) is my competition. I leave this review as a showing of faith that she is competent and qualified. I doubt that the negative reviews are from real people. I hope you will use my business instead of hers, but AMS is HIGHLY qualified and I doubt that the negative reviews are from real people.

I don’t leave bad reviews normally but their incompetence cost me $5,000 after they messed up the paperwork for an eviction twice! I don’t want someone to use them and go through the headache and costly expense they caused.
The first time I understand sometimes things get messed up and people forget to check boxes or in this case submit a piece of paperwork. They said they would charge only for the servicer to go out again (I don’t think it should pay for their mistake) but after waiting another 2 months, now 4 months total they tell me the paperwork they used was incomplete and wrong AGAIN!
We had to completely start the eviction over from day one this time with a different company. This forced me to pay 4 months of our mortgage for no reason, not counting the loss in rental income. When my lawyer called them to ask why they used old paperwork not compliant with COVID rules they lied and told her that we told them to use that paperwork! We have an email trail proving they were lying and that they provided & submitted the wrong/ incomplete paperwork.
Please don’t use them, they are incompetent, lie and don’t take ownership for any of their mistakes

I have sent work here a few times in the past. This company is so poorly ran with bad management. They have zero respect for their customers or their servers. Don't waste your money.

I am very happy with their service !!! I needed them to serve a party for a small claims case. I knew it would be a difficult serve. The party they were serving did not work, lived in a house with cameras all around and a iron gate 10 feet from the front door. They were able to serve this party within a week, plus they have very reasonable rates, GREAT WORK guys !!!!

Very disrespectful talking about a matter on the phone with me. Which I believe is fraud, I did not take any loans out and they are saying I did. Kept pushing me for a settlement. NOT.

These people are both very professional AND pleasant to work with. They got my papers served within hours! They are centrally located and the cost is also quite reasonable 👍Very highly recommended!
