I decided to get my resume done by this company and it’s been nothing but headaches. I’ve waited 4 months for a word document copy only to get a draft with typos and unprofessional grammar. After speaking to the manager I asked for a discount or refund and she stated no they don’t give refunds for services. After phone calls and more then 5 emails I’ve considered it a loss! Very unprofessional and I will not be recommending anybody, especially my family and friends that have asked me about the service for themselves.spend your money somewhere else that appreciates your business!
