Unfortunately I had a negative experience. I called to make a free consultation appointment as advertised on the website, but the lady who spoke to me on the phone (Tu wasn't available) just advised I could manage the issue myself and gave some exceptionally vague advice (just change your federal exemptions to 2,3,4, whatever you want) when I had questions about the impact of federal tax credits on my tax return for next year. I called another office who spoke to me, explained things (they were able to do it over the phone, but were far clearer about what needs to be done). I am sure Tu is a great tax preparer but unfortunately this experience has put me off.

Tu has been my parents tax preparer for many of years and I started going to him a couple of years ago so he could to my taxes as well.
