I’ve had my fair share of frustrating experiences with the Jurupa Community Water District over the past 30+ years!. They have a complete lack of empathy when it comes to their customers.

When it comes to customer service, it’s just as bad. You’re left on hold forever, and when you finally speak to someone, the representatives are dismissive and unhelpful. It feels like they’re just trying to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. This is not how a public utility should treat the people it serves.

To make matters worse, there was a contamination issue with our water in 2024, and the district took far too long to inform the community. We learned about it through other channels long before the water company bothered to notify us, which is irresponsible and dangerous.

For the amount of money they charge, you’d think they could at least provide decent service. Instead, it seems like all they care about is raising rates while providing poor communication and service. I honestly believe Jurupa Valley should have more control over its water supply and find a better alternative. The current water district just isn’t getting the job done.

Jurupa Valley A tree in front of my house belongs to the community, the roots of the tree have damaged the water mains 2 times and the leaves and fruits that fall in the fall are dirty, I am requesting that it be removed or trimmed as there is no community HOA (I believe the land tax includes it) don't know where to file a complaint, requesting help, thank you very much

I paid bill online but they sent me alert said I didn't. In addition, I doubt that how this company checks the usage because the water meter is too fuzzy to read so they just randomly pick a number, one example is in August I turned off the irrigation system but I still had the lightly higher amount of bill as the July. Furthermore, it's hard to call them or contact them.

Explained to supervisor death in family needed arrangements. They would allow two days only. They was very rude and showed no concern. Sad for California if this is how American people live. Never said I'm sorry for your loss. Hate that this is the only company to use in this area. 😒

Total scam! Overcharges for everything. I am in communication with state officials about JCSD because of their illegitimate, fraudulent practices.

I tried to pay my bill with my Pay Pal checking account. I paid online. It accepted my payment and thanked me for paying my bill. 3 days later I got an email saying that the payment couldn't go through because of insufficient funds in the account. There was more than enough money in the account Jurupa Water Co proceeded to charge me a $50 NSF fee. When I called and asked why, they stated they don't take that form of payment even if my employer direct deposits and most other places do. Yet the payment went through online without a warning. They refused to remove the $50 fee as it is their procedure to charge the account for NSF. I explained the money was in there and the system should warn people that they don't take that form of payment as I wouldn't know unless it indicated so. I told them this is a racket to make more money off people. . They could care less that it is Covid and money is tight as I work for a school district and am out of work and unable to claim unemployment because its against district policy to be able to. Literally no compassion at all! So rude and seriously a racket to get extra money off people!!

WHAT THIS WATER COMPANY IS DOING TO THE CITIZENS OF EASTVALE IS HORRIBLE!!!! If I could give them "zero" stars I would but, that's not an option. Today I called to pay my bill and because I didn't call before 8am and called at 8:30am, they charged me $60.00 or else they would disconnect me even though I called to pay my bill.

Their employees are rude and unsympathetic and they will shut your water off regardless! Their unnecessary deposit fees a just a way to lawfully steal people's money! I've never in my life have dealt with such a heartless and corrupt organization.

The City of Eastvale has to wake up and realize that what Jurupa Water is doing to their citizen's is wrong and unjustified.

Horrendous company! A total scam. I have lived in over 10 counties and this is the only water company that has a minimum charge of 80 dollars!! I called them about it and they did not care to explain why this is. Talk about a scam company. Zero stars!
