We had a terrible experience with Mr. Ghan. He did not give our eviction case due diligence. It took nine months to evict our tenant and we had to pay filing fees again because it took so long. Our tenant was arrested and we tried many many times to reach Mr. Ghan by phone to let him know this but he never returned one phone call. My wife finally went into his office and was still unable to see him but relayed the information to his secretary who was very helpful. Don't use this lawyer!

This man was a great lawyer for my family for 2 different cases. So my grandmother hired him for her divorce and it could not have been worse.
(I'm going to point out why without to much detail for respect to my grandma).
There was no communication. The assistant was HORRIBLE. He did the bare minimum. It took over a year for them to finish the divorce. And many many more things.
My grandma is best woman you could meet. And she has been disrespected and walked on over and over in her life. She did not need him or his assistant to give her a hard time. She was trying to better her life by leaving abusive spouse.
Unless this guy and his assistant favors you they are TERRIBLE.
!HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I should have ran the day I hired Mr. Ghan. I thought an attorney would work for you, boy that did not happen. I had to fight every step of the way. You can never get hold of him. His front girl was the witch of witches. Very rude, very uncooperative. He made excuses for how she treated people, she's young he would say. Why would you have someone treating your client's that way. Worst experience I have ever endured. Please run!!!!

He charged me $100 for a consultation, then told me he played golf with the dirty cop who arrested me and wanted to charge me $7,000 to get me a plea deal. I won my case without him. The jury was out 20 minutes. This guy is a crook.

not willing to slug it out with the courthouse he is in every day . Seems like it’s not worth pissing local administrative Masters off for one client. But he is a good attorney. TY for the honest advice RG Merry Christmas to you too

Mr. Ghan is a Good Man and fantastic Attorney, He represented me in court and we were treated with dignity and kindness, He is a man that my wife and I have much respect for. He is well known in the community and is admired by his peers and others in the court system.

I would give no stars because this attorney and his staff do not return calls and offer no customer service. The only thing this man had to do was file one set of final papers and he couldn't do that and still hasn't corrected the mistake. My divorce was supposed to be final July 31 and we're in October and it is still not over. Terrible attorney and terrible staff.

Any past clients know how to reach him or his offices? Normal lawyers work 9-5 in their office or have an assistant that answers the phone. At the very least an answering machine so that I can leave a message. Mr. Ghan, if you are reading this by chance, please contact me immediately, you have pertinent information regarding a case that you failed to hand over, you were negligent in filing and now unreachable. One other comment had similar grievances, so if you fail to contact my office or me by 1 pm, I will file complaints and reach out to the other harmed former client to place you under investigation with the State Bar- you cannot play with peoples livelihood. Thank you.
