Getting a new car through OK was better than OK. It was very good.
Ivan explained the process, took note of my desired model/colors/options/packages, & was faster & more accurate than salespeople at 4 dealers were at finding a good match for me.
After I decided to move forward, it was about 24 hours between contacting Ivan & having the car show up at my house.
The price (even with their broker fee) was considerably better than I was able to achieve in my efforts working directly with dealers.
It was comforting that I was still transacting directly with a dealer--OK Cars was more of a matchmaker than a middleman, which is a good arrangement.
