Disgraceful.

3 trolleys at the door, all of them with defective wheels.
Scan as you go handset stops working part way into doing shop (lady at self service couldn't care less when I told her).
Chilled cabinets with many empty spaces and the lights turned off (not helpful to partially sighted).
Prices are extreme 😡

Tesco needs to do better.

Idiotic parking restrictions. Why can I only park for 15 minutes between 10pm and midnight. The store is open and the car park is quiet.

I found it impossible to speak to a customer service assistant ! Not an option on your menu! Not good enough ! I had important information to impart and now I will have to travel all the way to the store which would have been unnecessary had someone taken my call !

This is a great source for travelers. Frequently we get their mail deal.... Which includes: a main (sandwich, salad, pasta, pocket, sushi, etc) a snack, (fresh cut fruit, chocolate bar, crisps, fresh veg, olives, etc) and a drink all for a low low combination price. Which is a lot lower than if you buy the things separately.
It makes a great picnic. Or a quick lunch? They also have a large selection of fruits and veg so it's easy for us travelers. It's also a great place to buy your shortbread cookies and chocolate bars instead of the souvenir shops.

Terrible service !bought v bucks voucher for my boys £50!would not work went back to be told to come back later ,went back later to b told they needed to look in to it!a week later no phone call ,£50 is a lot of money !!went back again to b told there is nothing they can do as the receipt said activated!ask to speak to a manager,a lovely guy called Callum fixed them with in two mins!!!no one could be bothered with us !!!calumn was brilliant!
