Good experience overall. Pretty fast with orders and there are lots of screens to buy items. Parking is an issue near the place during weekend peak hours. By the way, don't expect much discount in Argos, if you are new to the brand.

Generally good priced products and good you can collect nectar points on your shop. We regularly order things online to collect in store and the process is generally very easy. The shop looks more vacant over the years with the reduction of displays, jewellery counter removal and removal of payment screens etc. Obviously this is a sign of the times but it just seems a wee bit of a wasted space. There's not much interaction with members of staff due to the click and collect process but they seem nice enough

Quick service. Was able to pick up the item I went in for straight away. I would advise checking the website first to see if you can pick up straight away or in a few hours /days. Some.items are online shopping only and you can only order for home delivery.

Terrible service, fause advertised items that they can't even get a hold of. So the fella told me on the phone, when I order my washing machine I have to pick a delivery slot. And they at that point ain't even sure if they have or can get one they wait for the order to come in then try sorce the items. Not what I wanted to hear. And for some reason there website says free delivery spending over £100 so I chose a different washing machine that did have a delivery slot in the next 6 months, and it says £6.90 deliver charge. Then when I click the slot it asked for an additional £20 for set times. Will definitely be purchasing a washing machine else where.

Very bad customer service, paid for a game on the computer (said it was 12+) then went to the desk to collect and refused to sell it us after we passed ID over. They tried to say it was 18+ so we brought up that it said 12+ on the computer they then told us we were wrong and had to follow the store policy

Not impressed that they were shut before 5 today. Completed a click and collect to find the store was shut and it wasn't supposed to shut until 8.

Bought an item who doesn't work and argos does refuse to take it back.
