Our association highly recommends Dr. Mike Armour for leadership development, and training. Dr. Mike has an intelligent yet down to earth approach, and his perspectives and real-life experiences and examples really resonated with our team. His Leadership Essentials workshop left us with so many pearls of wisdom and ways we can put them into practice. It was a gift to our leader/manager team.

Mike Armour visited our office this year and trained our managers on the fundamentals - coaching and managing conflict, communication, delegation, maximizing potential, improving team dynamics. His common sense approach resonated with our managers and they still use many of his tips and tactics today to coach and develop their own staff. I invited Dr. Armour to deliver a one-day leadership training to a global team within my company. I very much appreciated the process Dr. Armour took me through to customize the training content and help maximize the use of our time in light of the objectives we had set.
The delivery of the training was on point, very articulate, and filled with personal stories / examples that provide profound, personal insights into the topics he covered, he was talking from experience not just from a textbook. Our team thoroughly enjoyed Dr. Armour's presentation style and storytelling abilities. He definitively delivered on the objectives we had set for the session.
As a follow up, we also signed up for his weekly leadership podcast. The unanimous feedback from the global team is that the content, conciseness and practical application of the information he shares really helps interiorize the concepts.

I am the Assistant Dean for Strategic Initiatives with the TCU Harris College of Nursing and Health Sciences. We worked with Dr. Mike Armour and his organization over the 2022 year to develop our strategic plan. Dr. Armour met with our committee and stakeholders (faculty, staff, and students) and assisted us in meeting with community partners to make sure we had a plan that could be measured and executed.
