I just want to say that at this day, with the advanced technology we get to enjoy and use, this company does not provide an option to cancel subscription through the online account. I believe that says it all. I tried once and they wanted a written statement or something like that. I work two jobs, I don't have time for this. So here I am, paying into this for 4 years. Complete waste of money! Never got to use their services. First because the one service I wanted to use they wanted to charge me something like $400 just for filing, after I have filled out all my paperwork. On another occasion, I tried calling on a Sunday, and I kept getting the fax signal on the phone and never got the privilege to even speak to a person. Again, I don't have time to spend an hour on the phone with endless rerouting to the "right" customer service Save your money and if you are decent citizen, go buy yourself a 65 inch TV if you have invested in this garbage service for 4 years like I did. Legalshield, please ban me, so I don't have to go through your ancient procedure of cancelling my membership. Thank you in advance!

They aren’t as thorough as they used to be. It’s like the client does all the work and they just co-sign, I’m not happy. I can use them in a small capacity.
