I love buying from Cesar ... Found him on Craigslist while looking for this wonderful Hermann Miller Aeron chair. Fair price, excellent product, and he took the time to show me how to use it and explain its excellent warranty. He has lots of other furniture, too ... desks, chairs, tables ... you name it. And he's there for questions and repairs/upgrades. A real pleasure, and I'm spreading the word.

Okay this is my first time writing a google review but I have to for this company. I messaged Cesar on OfferUp for a Herman Miller Aeron chair and he answered all of my questions quickly. We met at their office and he showed me all of their chairs. I tried a ton of chairs and different adjustments while he explained to me what each adjustment does. He accommodated all of my needs and offered a ton of different adjustments to fit my preferences. He goes out of his way to make sure the chair is the way you want it to be! The final product of the chair was in PRISTINE condition and basically like new. Like another reviewer said, I would give 6 stars if I could. Superb customer service and I would recommend anyone go here.

Very professional and answered all questions I had regarding furniture available. I purchased a Herman Miller Aeron from Cesar and am very glad I did -- cleaned the chair on the spot, gave a thorough inspection of the components as well. I was buying for personal use but feel confident that he can provide the same professional service to anyone including commercial and private sectors. Go with Cesar if you plan on upgrading your chair for home office use or for your office or business, knowing that he can provide any assistance with the products such as repair if ever needed.

Like many people these days I needed to up the quality of my home office based on the increased usage during Covid. I went to a large Swedish-based store and was dismayed by the throngs of people and low quality of the products (which seem to be more expensive than I remembered). On a whim, I did a Craigslist search and discovered Cesar and Great Office Installation. In the end, after a visit to his warehouse, I bought two professional quality chairs, 3 file cabinets, two desk surfaces, and a sit-stand desk base. These items were mostly used, but in great condition and of much higher quality than I had hoped for. Cesar is passionate about office chairs and knows how to refurbish them to like-new state (Herman Miller and Steelcase both). He has a pretty extensive inventory as many local offices are downsizing in the current environment. Cesar delivered the items directly to my home on a Sunday. He is really hard working, gives his customers a personal experience, and is very willing to go the extra mile to please. He's also just an enjoyable character and the type of person that is fun to work with. An earlier review suggested 6 stars. That is not hyperbole.

I was looking for a very particular chair, a stool-like chair with the features of an office chair. Cesar was able to get me a high-end tall office chair ideal for my needs. They have a big warehouse with a lot of inventory. Don't go with cheap Amazon office chairs. They have the best brands here.

Was looking for a new office chair to upgrade my work from home set-up and came across Great Office Installation on OfferUp. I spoke with Cesar on Thursday and he was friendly, responsive, and able to answer all my questions. The next day (Friday) I was able to visit the showroom and got outfitted for an amazing Haworth Zody chair. I highly recommend them for any company or person looking to make an office/ergonomics upgrade!

Spoke with Cesar who confirmed the items I needed were in stock. The next morning I drove down to pick them up. Surprise, they actually are not in stock. Jesus tried to help me by searching his warehouse but didn't find my items. He promised they would arrange to have them delivered to me the next day (I drove down from Oceanside so effectively wasted half a day). I never heard from them again despite sending a follow up message to Cesar directly. Don't waste your time.
