I DO NOT recommend this place at all! It’s been since 2018 when my parents made their taxes. Their ITINS we’re “expired” and she said she knew how all this work and they left their documents with her and we called IRS and they never received anything. We kept calling her and she would never answer. And when calling from a different number she would just hang up! I think she’s doing identity theft! Keeping documents that aren’t hers. And all she says is I’m just waiting for IRS to respond. When IRS responded quicker to us!!

I did my first taxes with her then the year after I filled and I waiting 1 year and a half for $50 back called multiple times but didn’t want to show up and make her feel bad but I see I’m not the first she pockets money makes you wait year for returns and avoid calls just avoid this place wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy . Fraud place I also alerted the tax board of this place and person .

Did my taxes wrong! Charged me $250 and when another tax expert reached out to her to tell her about her mistakes she denies any wrong doing and did not want to give me a refund. Do not do your taxes here. You will be the one getting in trouble with the IRS!!!!!

I regret so much going to that place I went since January 23 some one recommend me and were in the month of may and I still haven't received nothing.. I been calling and they just won't answer the phone or reply to my voice mails..I don't recommend this stupid place to no one...
