I’m not sure what the people here do, but I don’t think it’s there job. Every time we have a problem/issue it is so hard to get someone to do something about it efficiently. No one answers the phone in accounting…call the regular office number and it’s the assistant (who it’s not her fault, but usually can’t do much other than tell us someone will call us back or send us an email). Nothing is ever addressed immediately, except the petty HOA complaints from the board members who have nothing else better to do but be in their neighbor’s business.
