My husband and I have been going to Tom for quite a few years now and every year we are always satisfied with the quality of service we get. Tom is very Thorough, and explains everything step by step. Never rushing. He is also very honest and we trust him with everything he does. They are a gem, in times where it’s hard to find someone who really knows what they’re doing. Tom is a great guy, we look forward to seeing him every year. Came here base on the review I read on Yelp, and I MUST say it really is a 5 star rating!
Called in and ask questions and the receptionist was very helpful answering all my questions. I then requested to make an appointment the same day, and to my surprise I was able to get an appointment.
I came down with my husband and daughter, and we were greeted wonderfully and was welcomed with a smile.
Thomas was our tax preparer, and I must say that he was a wonderful preparer. He helped us with filing our tax, answered our tax questions, and even gave us advice.
Once our tax was completed he showed us our documents and even notified us that we could be able to see the status of our refund.
This place is a wonderful place to do taxes!
We have been to many different tax places and charges us ALOT and doesn't even answer most of our questions, made errors to our tax, didn't return out tax documents till asked, and never even mentioned that we could actually see the status of our refund!
With Thomas he really assured us that his service being done that day was 100% accurate and he stands to them.
I highly recommend this tax place!
Not only is it affordable, but they are also friendly, helpful, trustworthy, accurate, and dependable!
We will surely be returning!
