When my son dumped a glass of water into his PC tower, we called the Nerds and Leif returned my call within a couple of hours.
He was so friendly, communicative and professional throughout the entire process.
Added bonus is that he picked up the computer from our house and then returned and reinstalled it. I highly recommend Leif for any of your computer needs!

I find Nerds - Sebastopol staff to be responsive, helpful and will make house calls! They are very kind. They will provide options that I will be comfortable choosing. Leif is a life saver! I just started a new job and got a new laptop and all my monitors went down! Life sucked, I was so stressed and needed help fast! He came the same day (a few hours later) and fixed it in less than an hour!!
