Good convenient location for residents in the area to ship out Amazon returns and such. Also, the employees are fast and efficient.

Just one caveat. I had a winery send two boxes of wine to this ups store as I wasn’t going to be home to sign for package.

Apparently the store charges $10/box to have items shipped to them for pick up. This was definitely a surprise. I ended up paying $20 to get my two boxes.

I did a quick research and it appears ups stores generally charge a few dollars (saw various posting ranging anywhere from a couple to 5 dollars) when boxes are shipped to them directly. But I still thought 10 per box was excessive.

My advice, don’t have anything shipped directly to this ups store.

It is a convenient location, the only thing is that they are a little slow at processing and they close early. I tried going 15 minutes before they closed and they were already closed today. 4pm is when doors should be locked, not sooner.

These people are amazing, quick, and productive. Every member of the personnel at this UPS location has always been incredibly kind, informed, professional, and helpful. I've been to a lot of UPS sites, but this one is just unique in the best possible ways. Since the facility opened a few years ago, we have regularly received service that is beyond amazing. A+++

I had a LiveScan done here and the whole process was extremely quick and done well. Amy was very friendly, answered all my questions, and did the scan with no issues. Nice new facility. Definitely recommend coming here if you need a LiveScan done.

Amy and the entire staff at this UPS have always been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I have visited many, many UPS locations, and this location is just different in all the right ways. The service we have consistently received since the location opened a few years ago is beyond exceptional. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
