I am in the process of putting solar on my unit. I called the HOA several times to let them know that I was wanting to do this. It took them a little while to get back to me. When they did I was sent a threatening email with demands etc. I called them in regards to this email and was called back a few days later by one of their representatives. I was told by this representative that this HOA is on my side and is only looking out for my well-being in regards to solar companies. She then stated in regards to the email that was sent to me about documentation needed from the solar company to comply with. One of the things that I needed to do to comply with was to go to three of my neighbors and get their permission to put solar on my unit. I think this is absurd but I did it. She requested a liability of insurance from the solar company which they provided and I sent all the documents to them. It's been over a month and no one has contacted me back on any of the information I have sent them. I am driving to their office tomorrow morning to talk to somebody in person to see what I can do here. I have been calling every day for the last month and sending emails to a specific person in their HOA portal and no one has replied to anything. This HOA company is a joke, no professionalism at all. I think all of the homeowners in this HOA community should have a meeting at City hall. We need to fire these people and get a new company that is trustworthy.

Live bees in our unit managed by this company and HOA has not taken action for over a week. No response via phone or email from Professional HOA for over 4 days. Bees are coming from apartment vents. Unacceptable.

This is by far the worst management company I have ever had the displeasure of being a resident. My condo building currently has a slab leak. A notice was put out that water is now off until further notice. Both HOT AND COLD water have been OFF for over 24 hours. Other management companies have always made sure to have at least cold water for use overnight, then turned off during the day for repairs. If there is not at least cold water on by tonight, I will be contacting lawyers tomorrow for uninhabitable living conditions! PHOAC are slum-lords. Please do not do business with them. Extremely unprofessional. They definitely earn their low rating!

After a lovely morning of a pleasant walk along down to the old mission dam and back i found meself rather a bit famished and thirsting for a nice cold beverage. As i drove off and saw the sign for this establishment i immediately thought "hmm some pho sounds good right now"
Then i drove up and parked only to find out this place isn't a restaurant.
Dude, your sign looks like it reads PHO?C
so i thought it was a pho noodle house with some arbitrary lettering for whatever reasoning.

Got tacos instead, but felt robbed of some good ol pho time that could've been had

Yet another reason why HOAs are dumb

My husband and I lived there from 2018 to 2023 and here is our honest review, and in these years we have seen 2 neighbors move because they were suffering attacks from the wife of the president of the homeowners association. She started bullying us at the beginning of 2023, coming to our door screaming and stopping by every day to see what we were doing. We started to receive fines for our plants (which were removed by the HOA) we paid the fines to avoid problems and one month after I had my baby she came to my door again screaming and when I asked why she was so nervous screaming at my house she TOLD ME TO GO BACK TO MY COUNTRY, because USA wasn't my home. We started to get very scared we called the police and because she shoved me. We decided to sell days later because I had a newborn baby. In short we were very scared after it got physical, and we found out months ago that the same thing happened to other residents. It's a shame that things like this happen, the neighborhood is great. I hope that one day they change the president of the association and his wife seeks the help she needs. I wish good luck to everyone who lives there at the Mariposa Townhomes in Santee but for us it was a traumatic experience.

They never respond at a timely manner or you can’t get ahold of a live person even by using a specific ext !!! Even the Emergency number has a voicemail !! Nobody has a clue what there doing about anything it takes someone to pass the info along and wait for a response. We have a Severe Rat problem on our property where several 13 that I know of vehicles have been damage due to them chewing on wires under the hoods. Thousands of dollars in damage cars being towed and even considered Totaled due to damage. They can care less, one bait box isn’t gonna help Residents spending more out of pocket mone to try to control them, sprays , electronics … And like someone already said they sure are quick to send you a letter for any thing they can fine you on and make money …. 1.8 rating is 1.8 more than they deserve … We need a class action attorney to help have them removed ….

I recently purchased a condo, and the HOA is managed by this company. I have only called the office twice, and thinking about having to contact them when and if I have issues gives me anxiety. I simply wanted to ask about how to pay my monthly HOA bill and what online options were available. On 9/2, I called the office and this person said I needed to give them the authorization to add my email address to this system called caliber so I could access my online account. Done. I was sent a couple of emails from Rose C with instructions, and when I attempted to set up my account with Caliber, I got a message saying my registration had expired. I sent an email today 9/17 to see about fixing it. Rose C responses with "please read instructions below in red". She clearly did not read my email, and there were no instructions in her email. I then called the office and spoke with Veronica. She had no clue what I was referencing in regards to the caliber website and online bill paying. But back on 9/2, she sent me an email saying they wanted to add my email to the caliber portal. Instead of helping me to figure out what happened, she sends me an email of ways to pay my bill. She leaves the conversation with "this is what I usually send out and no one seems to have a problem". I'm just really confused. Why was I sent instructions to set up an account through caliber by Rose, and why didn't Veronica know what I was talking about? I do need to contact this HOA about maintenance issues, and I am not looking forward to it. These two interactions have left me with little faith in this company.

At this point, it would be doing a disservice to not allow those conducting their own research on property management consulting, to not make it public the lack of professionalism, ability to perform simple tasks, and care by the staff of this organization.

In the beginning of my experience living at the residence which utilizes this companies’ service, it was made apparent their inability to complete simple tasks, when I was connected with more than two parties to add a vehicle to the HOA agreement and told that our vehicle is subject to towing while paperwork is being processed to apply said vehicle. We had to basically maneuver the process on our own in order to ensure this did not happen and there are still incorrect vehicles listed simply as a result of the sheer incompetence of these people. It truly feels like the two receptionist have no knowledge or power to conduct business and are told to connect all calls to busy members that are in meetings. I have no idea what these meetings would be about other than counting all of the money they are pulling from listing themselves as professionals while providing no service.

The number we have been given to report violations is incorrect and goes to voicemail. What initially felt as some form of private security has been made apparent to instead be “some guy that shows up occasionally and calls for vehicles to be towed”. Getting vehicles towed when needed without this person is impossible. I believe they do not live on the property as well, which is about as inconvenient as it gets.

A renting resident was recently arrested, and sentenced on the other side of the country for a long string of criminal activity (this is a whole issue in itself which took the resident hitting multiple cars in the parking lot, while intoxicated in order to finally have the issue be resolved by a joint effort from the county sheriff and CHP. Since then, his property was left abandoned until now; there has been extensive criminal activity on the grounds of the property as the unit itself has been taken over by a group of drug dealers and users which use this once quiet neighborhood to transport users and sell drugs. This is occurring on the road outside the property, the property itself, and presumably is centered around one unit.

Residents have been left in the dark by the action being taken by both the HOA as well as this consulting group in order to fix this problem. We have been told via email to rely on the police (which do not possess the authority to enter a home and remove non-residents from the property), or to submit evidence of some sort which would be endangering ourselves to record. Our multiple attempts for email exchange have, after initial response, been ignored and the only individuals we have been able to get ahold of on the phone are the receptionist which forwards calls to voicemails. Voicemails have been left which go ignored.

This will be updated accordingly, but as of 2/10 we contacted both the COO and CEO of the company with no reply given.
