When he prepared my taxes he was also was able to save me over $20k in taxes because of strategies that my previous preparer never knew about. I guess you do get what you pay for. I've always been treated really well here. Edward and his team are always responsive via the phone and email. When I show up in person they are very friendly and professional. Edwards is very knowledgeable and has even pointed out write offs that I was not implementing or aware off. Hopefully I can continue using there services for many years to come. They get booked up fast so make sure to book ahead of time.

Facts: Spoke with Jasmine on 2/25/22 asking for tax return service. Told to send last year's return and someone would get back to me, which I did that day. It is now 3/3/22 and no response. Called Jasmine today, and she told me no one has time to do the return I requested.
