Stayed here for two nights, Berlin is huge and getting around takes longer than it did for us in other cities but this location is lovely and quiet so very much worth it. I would bank on 30 min to get to most tourist destinations from here.
Room was stylish, comfortable and clean. We had a great view and the food was delicious.
Breakfast had a huge variety of options and was convenient. Rooftop bar was great as well.
If you have larger bags it’s worth the $5 to get an Uber or taxi to bring you from either of the two close stations as walking with big bags wasn’t easy and given the time of year we came out bags got pretty dirty.
Otherwise it’s a great spot, we stopped into the Christmas event in the plaza Nextdoor and had wine and snacks as well as walked the wall. Highly recommend booking. Also front desk staff and restaurant was amazing and so friendly
Tip: go eat at Faro for tapas it was a lovely surprise and so good as well as waking distance across the bridge!

Hotel Indigo East Side Gallery exceeded all our expectations. It was a perfectly located hotel for our short stay in Berlin. All staff we found to be very welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.|We arrived before our rooms were ready but there was no issue leaving bags with reception.|Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice from cold meats & cheeses to hot options like bacon & eggs, There is also a small menu for some items direct from the kitchen like waffles, poached eggs, etc.|Local Warschauer S Bahn station makes it a short 10 minute walk to the hotel or you can also get a REX (Express airport train) from Ostbahnhof station that is also close by.|Exquisitely decorated & spotlessly clean rooms, palatial bathrooms in the Premium river view rooms and on the first night the drinks in the mini bar are on the house!|The East Side Gallery wall is just across the street and if you fancy the walk its about a 45min to Alexanderplatz.

Monika Kurcikova ‘Blichova’

Very stylish/gallery oriented hotel, next to the east side wall and 1min from the Uber Arena. We came for 1 night because of the concert. The room is very nice, free bottle of water, beer and Coke, including kettle and coffee/tea. There is a rooftop gallery bar.
Breakfast is very nice, there is a buffet and you can also order a waffle or whatever you like. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant, the food was brilliant.
Parking- the hotel doesn't have it's own parking, you can park in the shared garage, for 24hrs/32eur.

Had a great hospitality experience from Randara who was at front desk during my stay. She was patient, friendly and welcoming, helping us check-in and out of the hotel!

Rooms are decently sized, very clean and comfortable. Mine came with a Queen Bed, desk for working and chaise lounge. Bathrooms are well designed. Water pressure could be a little higher, but overall a good experience.

Location was great for my business purposes, but found myself taking Ubers for many of our restaurants/activities.

Buffet Breakfast had a wonderful spread of hot and cold foods. Bread was fresh and there were even dishes that were cooked to order.

WiFi was spotty. Specifically at room 307. Needs more access points or further calibration.

New hotel and rooms. Comfy beds. Great location for airport (direct trains) and central Berlin (300 bus departs from directly outside the hotel). Outside iconic part of Berlin Wall. Would recommend.

Eli Van De Kamp

Great hotel, located in a strategic position in the center of the East Side Gallery, just minutes from the subway and the East Side Mall. The bus stop leading to Alexander Platz, Holzmarkt and various museums is right in front of the hotel.
The breakfast is great and plentiful, the staff friendly and helpful. Impeccable cleaning.
The rooms are beautiful and the mini-bar is free.

stayed here for 3 nights, for the euro cup. i love the hotel, basically all indigo, they never disappoint! chic and clean. well located right in front of the berlin wall (2 iconic murals are just opposite of the hotel!)

close to a mall, muller was a great place to grab just about everything souvenirs to daily uses.

1 less star because the gym was poorly equipped, only up to 6kg of weights, and the key machine was faulty. there was hardly anything much to do.

also on the locations the only thing i wish if it was closer to the subway. still, a lovely stroll we had.

Phenomenal location if you're attending a concert at the Uber Arena, like we did. Very close to a ton of good food places, rooms are of a decent size and generally it has been one of the better hotel experiences.
The first day of housekeeping didn't go so well, and they left and overlooked a bunch of things, but that seems to have been a hiccup and didn't happen again, so can't fault them for that.
Location is also super easy to access from the Ostbahnhof Station, and has several others nearby.
